About SubIntel

SubIntel is a private prototype for small commercial painting, flooring, drywall, and post-construction cleaning subcontractors in Baltimore City, Baltimore County, and Howard County.

The goal is to make opportunity research easier to act on by clearly separating confirmed subcontract openings, direct public bids, and unconfirmed project leads, then connecting each record to requirements and a saved next step. The prototype uses sample data only and does not activate payments, advertising, outreach, or paid data sources.
